THERAPY TYPES

SCHEMA THERAPY

Schema therapy is an extension of the traditional CBT. Schemas are core beliefs that are usually formed early in life and affect people’s view of themselves and the world.

INTERPERSONAL THERAPY (IPT)

Interpersonal therapy is a branch of psychodynamic theory that focuses on improving interpersonal relationships. IPT is based on the idea that the way of relating to others is at the centre of wellbeing and mental health.

FAMILY THERAPY

Family therapy is a range of techniques that focus on the individual’s functioning within the their family and other important systems in their life.
